The ideal candidate will be capable of multitasking various responsibilities while ensuring an elevated client experience. The goal is to enhance the operational flow by supervising daily spa activities, implementing automated workflows, augmenting service bookings, and driving product sales.

Are you the organizational force who loves to keep things running smoothly? La Bella Derma is seeking a candidate who is both personable and focused. You will operate primarily from the front desk, serving as the face of the spa and ensuring all guest interactions are handled with professionalism and care.


Owner/Operator, Chelsea, is seeking a leader to help implement her visionary ideas with detailed follow-up and execution so that she can be more present in the treatment room and in her lab, continuing to formulate products for her skincare line, Lillian Sophia.

Candidates will be the operational backbone, ensuring systems and processes function without a hitch for a smooth client experience. It is important that you:

  7. Familiarity with the medical spa industry is an advantage, but not mandatory—having an interest is important!


Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in customer service, management, or hospitality.
  2. Proficiency in social media platforms.
  3. Ability to harness AI technology and Canva for creative and operational purposes.
  4. Comfortable with the Google Office Suite for various administrative tasks.
  5. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  6. Strong communication and customer service orientation to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  7. Willingness to embrace the spa’s philosophy and contribute positively to the work environment.


Responsibilities:

  1. Clerical Duties: Answering phones, managing email correspondence, streamlining processes through Google Office and Canva. Design and implement fully automated flowcharts and systems for trouble-free, independent staff operations.
  2. Appointment Scheduling: Organizing and keeping track of appointments, meetings, and room bookings through Vagaro software.
  3. Augment Appointment Bookings: Using social media, upselling add-ons, networking, and customer outreach.
  4. Organize and oversee promotional events on evenings and weekends to boost spa visibility and client engagement.
  5. Sales: You must feel comfortable selling high-end products and services to clients.
  6. Data Entry: Keeping databases up to date with client and business information, including updating member lists, and appointment treatment parameters. You will also be asked to take before and after photos and log them appropriately.
  7. Manage the spa’s social media presence, creating compelling content and campaigns that resonate with the target audience and reflect spa values.
  8. Make informed decisions that align with our brand and effectively manage customer interactions.
